4-<\/span> In accordance with the Labor Law and Ministerial Decision No. 16 of 18-01-1397H (08 January 1977) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the normal work week for which Employee will be paid consists of six (6) days per week eight (8) hours per day, and one (1) paid day Of rest as scheduled by Employer.<\/p>\n

For the purpose of determining over time compensation, the hourly rate of the Employee compensation will be determined by dividing the monthly base salary rate by 240 and such hourly rate will be multiplied by 1.5.<\/p>\n

5-<\/span> All dates referred to herein be as per the Gregorian Calendar.<\/p>\n

6-<\/span> During the Holy month of Ramadan, the workweek for non-Moslem employee will be Forty-eight (48) hours per week. However, Moslem employee normal workweek during Ramadan will be Thirty-sex (36) hour per week as stipulated in the workmen\u2019s and Labor Law.<\/p>\n

7-<\/span> Employee acknowledges and accepts that he may be under the direct supervision of personal designated by the Employer.<\/p>\n

8-<\/span> Employee shall be deemed subject to Ninety- (90) day\u2019s probationary period effective from the Contract start date mentioned above. Then employer may decide the fitness of the employee for the work.<\/p>\n

9<\/span>-Employer shall provide Employee with free transportation from home of record to job location at the commencement of the Contract and return him to home of record upon satisfactory completion of this contract if the employee is not residing in KSA.<\/p>\n

11-<\/span>Employer shall provide Employee with full medical care as stipulated in the Labor Law, however, it excludes dental care.<\/p>\n

12-<\/span> Employee shall be entitled to eight (8) paid holidays per year. Holiday scheduling is to be determined by Employer.<\/p>\n

13- A: Employee shall be eligible for fifteen- (15) calendar days leave after completing each full year of service.<\/span> B: After Employee completes Eighteen (18) full months of service, Employer shall provide Employee with one (1) round trip ticket between job location and the nearest airport to the home of Record.<\/p>\n

C Employer shall not provide such ticket at the end of the Contract period unless a contract renewal is agreed upon and executed between Employer and Employee. In case a contract renewal is not desired by either party, the provision of Paragraph (9) above shall be applied.<\/p>\n

14-<\/span>The Employee will receive after completing the contract period his end of service compensation as stipulated in Labor Law.<\/p>\n

15-<\/span>Should either party desire to terminate this contract or not to renew it, there shall be a written notification to the other party before thirty (30) days from the date he wishes to terminate the contract or the expiry date of the contract.<\/p>\n
