Advocacy fees Agreement<\/span><\/p>\n

Preamble<\/span><\/p>\n

Whereas the first party is specialized in the filed of legal consultation relating to application of regulation , bylaws , instructions , drafting of the contracts & agreements in both English and Arabic languages. In addition companies formation and liquidation before all judicial authorities , registration of trademarks , patent and commercial agencies in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia having license no \u2026..\/\u2026.. date \u2026\u2026.. issued from the ministry of justice , practicing law profession in his office located in Riyadh .<\/p>\n

and whereas the second party in need of the first party’s services .<\/p>\n

Therefore the two parties having full legal capacity agreed as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/span> The above preamble shall be considered as an in separable part of this agreement to be read and construed herewith .<\/p>\n

2.<\/span> Second party undertakes to issue power of attorney in favorer of the first party to represent him before the judicial & administrative authority .<\/p>\n

3.<\/span> The first party shall provide the verbal and written consultation to the second<\/span> party which is related to application of regulation and orders , preparation of various contract .<\/p>\n

4.<\/span> The first party will undertakes all laborer cases of the second party .<\/p>\n

5.<\/span> The first party will charge fees from the second party against his work mentioned in paragraphs (3\/4) an amount of SR..(..Riyals) per year should be paid by tow installments, first installment of SR\u2026.. should be paid on signing this agreement and second installment should be paid after six months.<\/p>\n

6.<\/span> Regarding the cases when the second party as a defendant or plaintiff , the attorney fees shall agreed accordingly .<\/p>\n

7<\/span>. The second party’s claimed at the third parties or vice versa of which is no need for legal actions before competent authority the first party will charge fees of 10% of collection and acquired money .<\/p>\n

8.<\/span> The procedures & formation of the joint stock companies follow up all their procedures till receive commercial certificate , the first party fees shall be \u2026\u2026SR. (\u2026\u2026SR) paid on two installment .<\/p>\n

9.<\/span> Registration of all intellectual property matters , shall be paid pursuant to invoice submitted by the first party , incase of any dispute regarding the ownership of the trademark , the attorney fees shall be specified according to the kind of the case and its jurisdiction .<\/p>\n

10.<\/span> The said fees for the cases decided in the city of Riyadh , the attorney fees for any case decided out the city of Riyadh , shall be agreed by the tow parties .<\/p>\n

11.<\/span> This agreement will not include the criminal cases . the attorney fees of such cases will be determine by the two parties .<\/p>\n

12<\/span>. The second party undertakes to provide the first party all documents , papers , assist the first party , any default in this concern , the second party will solely bear its responsibility .<\/p>\n

13.<\/span> The first party will issue the invoice at the end of every Gregorian month , the second party will requested to settle it within 15 days on date there of .<\/p>\n

14.<\/span> The first party shall not be responsible for any lawsuit or any procedures before any competent . If the second party fails to comply with his obligations relating to the attorney fees of the first party . Weather it is Annual fees or cases procedures and the second party shall bear all responsibility of such default .<\/p>\n

15.<\/span> The duration of this agreement is one year and shall be renewed automatically unless either of two parties notified the other of his desire not to renewed it , before one month of the date of expiration .<\/p>\n

This agreement is issued of two counterparts ; each party received one to act accordingly .<\/p>\n
